Harvest Family,

We continue to be amazed by the ways the Lord continues to lead and provide for His church. We met together as an elder board this past Tuesday and wanted to update you on three important items.

Lead Teaching Pastor Search
Very thankful for the partnership with Vanderbloemen who brought us six candidates for consideration in this second round. We asked all of you to pray for the interview that the Search Team began two weeks ago. So grateful for your prayers. As the process started, two additional candidates from another source surfaced. The Search Team updated us this week that following the interviews, they narrowed the six that became eight candidates down to three.

The next step is for the Search Team to engage with a follow-up round of questions to get to know each of the three candidates better and for them to get to know Harvest. We invite you to continue to pray that the Lord will give each one of these men and the Search Team wisdom, discernment, and direction in this process.

For continued details on the Lead Teaching Pastor Search, we invite you to check out this page.

As part of overseeing the doctrine, direction, and discipline of the church, we continue to make progress on updating the church bylaws. This important process is nearly complete.

Thank You, Pastor Eddie Hoagland
As communicated in the video above, the Lord is calling Pastor Eddie Hoagland to a new ministry. We thank the Lord for the eleven years that Eddie has served and poured himself into the ministries at Harvest.

Many of us have had a front-row seat to watch him grow over the years as a worship leader, gifted songwriter, and how he has lead our worship ministry well. He stepped up into additional leadership as part of the Church Leadership Team in 2019. During this past year, together, our church has been blessed by having him as one of the men on our preaching team. Eddie and his wife Christina have served the Lord so faithfully and with such excellence here. We ask you to join us as we pray for the Lord to use them powerfully for His glory in the days ahead.

Looking to Jesus,
