Contact Pastor Dave Pearson for information on AWANA at Harvest Elgin for April 1 and April 8. We have moved to an ONLINE platform for these weeks. If you didn’t receive information from your leader yet, please contact Pastor Dave at [email protected]
When does Awana take place?
Nearly every Wednesday night from September 11 through April, from 6:30-8:00 PM.
Who is Awana for?
Awana is for families looking for a discipleship partnership to grow their children’s understanding of God, the Bible, and doctrine while accelerating their memorization of God’s Word. Children between three years old and fifth grade will find a team just for them separated into three groups:
Cubbies: preschool (3-5 years old, potty trained, and a parent must remain in the building)
Sparks: Kindergarten through Grade 2
T & T: Grade 3 through Grade 5
What does Awana cost?
Awana costs $85 for the full year with additional discounts available if you have a uniform or are able to volunteer. That costs between $1.33-$2.83/night including supplies.
Can I volunteer to help with Awana?
We need volunteers in numerous roles from childcare to team leaders to activity leaders to make sure each child has an opportunity to recite their verses, learn from God’s Word, and play games in a safe environment. You will encourage the kids and be encouraged in return. If you are able to volunteer click here to register and receive a $25 discount off each of your child’s registrations.
Where can I get more information?
Please email Dave Pearson who is happy to help answer any questions.
